Premium Plans
Premium unlocks: unlimited AI picks (Watch Tonight & For You), unlimited watchlist, AI Cost Report, Leaving Soon alerts, and full streaming stats.
Payments & Cancellation
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. For monthly and annual plans, billing recurs automatically until you cancel. For Lifetime plans, it's a single one-time charge — no recurring billing.
You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — email support@thestreamhub.app to request one.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its APIs
- Share accounts or circumvent subscription limits
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts
- Interfere with the operation of the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
The StreamHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The StreamHub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Movie, TV, and sports data is sourced from TMDB and ESPN under their respective licenses. We are not affiliated with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Max, or any other streaming platform.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sports scores, streaming availability, and betting odds are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be current or accurate. We are not a licensed sports betting operator and do not accept wagers.
AI-generated recommendations (Watch Tonight, Mood Search, For You) are suggestions only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or quality of AI outputs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The StreamHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
